Our impactful journey is supported by dedicated people, companies and organizations. As a volunteer-driven entity in the UK, USA and Germany with minimal overheads, we work hard so that funds create life-changing outcomes. To date, we’ve successfully installed over 400 wells, predominantly in Kenya. While we are always eager to forge new collaborations, our heartfelt gratitude goes out to our existing partners and friends. Their unwavering support has been instrumental in enabling our achievements.
Recognizing the critical role of safe water in health and economic growth, The Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) collaborates with WellBoring West Africa. This partnership originated when Dr. Karamo Sonko of Heeno International, a Gambian NGO, proposed joining forces with WellBoring, subsequently becoming the Chair of WellBoring West Africa. BADEA’s funding has significantly impacted Gambia’s divisions, enhancing numerous schools’ health and well-being. Under the leadership of Lamin Sanneh and technical guidance of Benjamin Koyoo, WellBoring West Africa is working with Gambia’s Ministry of Finance, diligently addressing the nation’s water challenges. Both BADEA and WellBoring West Africa are dedicated to driving transformative projects, continually seeking new, impactful endeavors.
